Project Minds is committed to delivering the highest quality courses in Project Management and Business Analysis. Each course is consistently reviewed based upon real practitioner feedback. The classes are small to medium in size (6-12 attendees) so that each delegate is guaranteed individual attention. The courses are highly interactive with case studies and hands-on exercises.

Project Minds offers onsite courses in all capital cities in Australia.  All our Project Management and Business Analysis courses can be tailored and delivered onsite. 

Tailored courses can be delivered for groups of 6 to 12 as a rule dependant on the content and client requirements.

The PRINCE2™ Foundation to Practitioner training course has been designed to familiarise delegates with the basic principles of good project management. Prince2™ is a global methodology which assists project managers and teams members to learn and apply a formal project management methodology.

Project Managers using PRINCE2™ are able to:

  • Establish terms of reference as a prerequisite at the start of a project
  • Use a defined structure for delegation, authority and communication
  • Divide the project into manageable stages for more accurate planning
  • Ensure that resource commitment from management is part of any approval to proceed
  • Provide regular brief management reports
  • Keep meetings with management and stakeholders to a minimum but at the vital points in the project
