Abstract

PgMP® Exam Preparation (3 Days)

Abstract

The PgMP® credential is a globally recognised project management industry certification. The focus of the course is to maximise a candidates chance of successfully obtaining the PgMP® Certification.

Candidates applying for the PgMP® need to demonstrate a minimum level of demonstrated experience, skill and performance in the oversight of multiple, related projects that are aligned with an organisational strategy. You will need to submit proof of 4 years project management experience and 7 years program management experience (for those with high school diploma/global equivalent) OR, 4 years project management experience and 4 years program management experience (if you hold a Bachelor’s degree / global equivalent).

This course is for the program manager who has a solid understanding of program management and the Project Management Institute’s publication The Standard for Program Management. It will assist students who are now ready to sit the exam component of the PgMP® and will ensure that the terminology, mindset and sample test questions are what students are likely to encounter in the exam
